Now She knows

She wore glasses,
To see clearly,
But still,
her vision is foggy,
Because you showed her something
That made her hide those tears,

Her hair long and straight,
Hanging down to her sides,
She use them to block out,
Bullshit that your mouth recites,

Fists clenched to the limit,
Nails digging in her palms,
The veins straining against her skin,
Drawing the pain in her heart,

You hoped she’ll break,
Crumble down in a heap,
Loose her existence,
Over your pity dream,

To bad for you,
she’s stronger than you anticipated,
Now she knows what you mean,
And won’t fall for your selfish needs,
